Jill owns and operates a small studio in
Bartonville, IL, where she raised her three
children Josh, Mallory and Paige. She is a
Master Photographer, Craftsman and Certified
Professional Photographer through the
Professional Photographers of America and
has earned her Fellowship with the Associated
Professional Photographers of Illinois.
Along with running her studio, she is the
current President of the Associated Professional
Photographers of Illinois, Governor
for the Mid America Regional Conference,
PPA Councilor, as well as an Affiliate Judge
for PEC. Jill has received Fuji Masterpieces
for her wedding work and has been Illinois
Senior Photographer of the Year three
times.
Jill started her studio 26 years ago. She
was working for a local school photographer
when she decided to start her own
wedding business. Three children later and
great challenges behind her, Jill has risen to
create an incredibly successful studio and
lifestyle for her children and herself.
“Our local softball team recently won their
first state tournament,” Jill states, “Prior to
each game the coach had a particular line
she repeated to the girls which very much
reflects how I feel about business and life,
‘We have choices. . . choose to win’.”
